Throughout the Old Testament, Bethlehem was a place where God provided solutions for people in need. It’s also the place where God provided the ultimate solution for a world in need by sending His Son, Jesus Christ. It’s in these shepherds’ fields outside this beloved town where the angels appeared and said, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people” (Luke 2:10).
