Learning Patience in Caesarea | BONUS FEATURE | The Holy Land

Visit the remains of Herod’s Palace in Caesarea while reflecting on the skill of being patient. While this once multistory luxury palace with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean may have seemed like an ideal place to stay, the apostle Paul was imprisoned here for two years after being arrested in Jerusalem. He was ready and eager to preach the gospel in Rome, yet God used this time to prepare Paul for his next step. He learned patience, preparation, and perfect timing for God’s plan. Just maybe God is trying to teach us the same things.
