Revelation Is Not Meant To Conceal But To Reveal!

The Bible is the one book that dares to predict the future. And it does so with 100 percent accuracy.

God must surely have wanted His people to learn Bible prophecy. He dedicated almost 30 percent of His Scriptures to it. For example, the Old Testament features more than 100 prophecies of Christ’s first coming. Through these prophecies, we know that Jesus is the Messiah, for He fulfilled every single one.

But why should we study Bible prophecy today? Why study the Book of Revelation?

Firstly, we should study Bible prophecy because Jesus promised He come a second time—five times more frequently than He promised He would come the first time! This is how believers can be so confident that He will return physically to set up His kingdom on Earth.

Jesus Christ, the Son of God, has made a promise: “I will come again” (John 14:3). And we can have confidence that He will fulfill this promise.

Secondly, in the Book of Revelation, a blessing is promised to the person who reads, hears, and keeps the words found therein (Revelation 1:3). The more we know about the next world, the better we will live in this one.

That’s why I’ve written a brand-new book, titled Revelation: A Book of Promises. Many people understand Revelation to be a book containing judgment, striking imagery, and depictions of the antichrist. While it does contain those things, Revelation is above all a book of promises—and a book that centers around Jesus Christ.

My aim in this new commentary (and I use the word “commentary” loosely as it’s a very accessible book) is for you to understand and experience the blessing built into to this book. God’s intent in Revelation is not to conceal but to reveal. Bible prophecy is not given to scare us but to prepare us for what’s ahead!

Revelation: A Book of Promises releases September 1, 2021, and you can pre-order it now.
